Returns & Exchanges
At Cove. we thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged with the utmost care.
It is possible to return any full priced items purchased for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received. Please note we refund 95% of the amount paid to cover the double up, in credit card transaction fees and shipping.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
If requesting a refund or exchange, returned goods must be:
- In their original packaging with all tags intact
- Returned within 7 days of receipt
- Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed
- Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another trackable method
Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange or return.
When returning goods please enclose:-
1) Your contact details, including email address and phone number
2) If wanting to exchange your item, please include a self addressed express post envelope to send your new item back in. Your new item cannot be sent without this.
3) Return to: Cove. - 1/14 Merchants Parade, Marcoola QLD 4564, unless you are in Indonesia, in which case please email us on the above to arrange the return.
Once we have received the item back, we will try to replace for you ASAP. You will be notified via email once your item has been sent. If we can't replace the item we will call and discuss an amicable outcome.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on antique or vintage items as they may have some slight wear and imperfections which is due to their age and rarity. Please read the descriptions carefully...we hope you understand.
