Delivery Info

Please note at Cove. we have two warehouses where stock can be sent from. We have our Head office on the Sunshine Coast in Australia and we have our warehouse and store in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. We can not always promise which location your stock will be shipped from, but the fee is the same and we always try to choose the closest. For shipments within Australia we use  a standard service by Australia Post. For any orders being shipped from Bali, we use POS Indonesia, which links in with DHL and is completely trackable quite fast and very reliable.

Domestic: 

We charge a flat rate of AUD $15 for standard domestic shipping within Australia which will generally arrive within 2-3 days and nearby cities within 3-5 days. 

For Bulky Items we have a flat fee of 

*2-3 kilos within Australia of $25

*3-5 Kilos within Australia of $35

Please contact us if you require Express shipping or have any additional requests so we can advise costing.

International:

We charge AUD $25 for shipping under 2 kgs to our New Zealand neighbours.
We charge AUD $35 for under 2kgs on all other international shipping which takes 7-21 business days.

For Indonesian customers, please contact us directly in Bali via email or the store, if we have stock in our Bali warehouse or shop, we can offer free shipping on items over $50 AUD or 500000 IDR, within Indonesia.

Please contact us for a specific quote on bulky or heavy items such as our rugs.

Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia.
